We aim to post your lovely, hand felted scarf, bowl, gnome etc. within 24 hours of processing the order. Your order will travel by Royal Mail. Delivery time around 2-3 days once posted.
Returns
We will take back your lovely hand felted scarf, bowl, gnome etc. if they are unwanted 🙁 and have not been used or damaged, but no later than 4 weeks from the time of purchase. Please pay for the return ticket.
If you do want return your purchase, please email us at aska (at) askaandwolf (dot) com and quote your order number. We will issue a refund via PayPal within 5 working days of receiving the undamaged order. It may take considerably longer for this to be visible in your account.
